Meet Jade. She killed herself three days after making this video.. Teenage suicide accounts for 31,000 suicides a year in the U.S, making it the 3rd leading cause of suicide. Worldwide, nearly one million people commit suicide every year.. more than those murdered or killed in war. Think before you say something hurtful to someone else. It may look like they’re okay, but they’re not. Words are more powerful than you think. Repost this not just for Jade, but for every teenager who is going through what she went through. You can help save a life. And wasn’t she just fucking gorgeous?

what a beautiful girl, this is so sad. (hoping she’s still alive, saw notes saying she was, so i’m gonna go with that) but I do remember seeing this a long time ago…
I’m not trying to go around teaching right from wrong by any means…
but I will never understand how people can throw around the most insanely slanderous and hurtful words so carelessly/thoughtlessly. It obviously means nothing to you, but it could mean everything to that person.
I can’t lie, I did not watch this video.
I did not watch because I know that I can not handel it. It breaks my heart into a million pieces that anyone so young would feel that they had no way out. It pains me to know that people think it is okay to use horrible words and be hideous to other people. YOU NEVER KNOW WHERE SOMEONE ELSE IS IN THEIR LIFE!! Watch what you say. What YOU say could be what pushes that person over the edge into more pain than they can deal with, where they do something incredibly drastic.
Watch your words.
Watch your actions.
If you don’t enjoy being treated awful, don’t treat people awfully.
