Remembering 9/11
Thanks for sharing your stories thus far guys, I’m reading all of them. A lot of them sound pretty familiar…minus the fact that ya’ll were little babies! ranging from kindergarten to 4th grade at the time! I feel old.
keep ‘em coming. You can post them on here too if you’d like…it’s an interesting read.
thanks again for the response.

edit: If you didn’t see the post below…
I asked: What was your memory from the moment you found out about what was taking place during 9/11?
Unlike many others, I was not a baby.
I was in 8th grade, at the time. I was sitting in my reading class, and then I moved into English. I was with my best friends, and it was a wonderful place to be. I was wearing a band shirt for a band named Bleach. The shirt was red, and it had a plane on it. It was weird. Ten years seems like such a long amount of time…but it also doesn’t seem like enough. I was thirteen. 13! Thirteen years old is not an okay age to deal with that. My brother was 10. He was so confused and miserably mesmerized by it. He was even more confused than I was. It wasn’t fair, to me, for him to have to deal with it. Growing up with September 11, 2001…
